1. What is the difference between gold-filled & gold-plated?

Gold-filled items are 50 to 100,000 times thicker than regular gold plating, and 17 to 25,000 times thicker than heavy gold electroplate. Under normal wear & care, the thick layer of gold on the surface of gold-filled jewellery offers better protection from tarnish and wear.

 

2. Are all items handmade?

Most of the items here are personally handmade and all handmade items would be marked as "handmade" under its product description or category. At times, Sarah.S may also carry certain carefully selected accessory designs under its collection to enhance your shopping experience.

 

3. Are the handmade items exactly the same and how many of the same designs are made? 

Usually each design is unique although there may be times when a design may be repeated. Precisely as each Sarah.S piece is handmade, no two items are exactly the same. You may note slight variation in colour/  texture for the natural semi-precious gemstones and beads used, and small imperfections which all forms part of the handmade charm!

 

4. How can I make payment for the items?

Payment for all orders is by Paypal and all major credit & debit cards.   

 

5. Do you deliver outside Singapore?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to the information on shipping & delivery.

 

6. Can I have a refund or exchange an item after it is delivered?

It is important that you are happy with your purchase and we will accept refunds and exchanges on a case by case basis.

If you wish to return the item(s) to us, please contact us at sarahscraft@hotmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Beyond 3 days from the receipt of the items (as indicated from the registered articles shipping information), we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

For all refunds and exchanges, the item(s) must be shipped (by registered airmail with tracking number) back in original condition and unused. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s). Once the item(s) are received, a refund will be sent via Paypal or Singapore local bank transfer, less the original shipping charges and Paypal fees (if any).

For hygiene purposes, we regret that we will be unable to accept any refunds or exchanges for earrings that are purchased, except in the event that the item(s) arrives faulty.
